Quality Auto Body & Collision Center is an El Cajon shop built around a simple idea: treat every car, and every customer, like family. Sergio and Elsa lead a crew that walks you through the damage, explains the assessment in plain terms, and keeps you posted at every step of the repair.
We handle everything from major collision damage to the small dings and scratches that bother you every time you look at the bumper. Paint matching, dent repair, and bumper work all happen in house, and we take the time to buff out the little things most shops skip.
We also help customers navigate the insurance side of a repair, from documenting damage to negotiating a fair price, so the process feels less like a fight and more like it is being handled for you.
